Ingredients

  • 8 ounces water

  • 3-4 pieces thinly sliced fresh ginger

  • 1 bag chamomile tea

  • 1 ounce Bragg citrus ginger acv

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • Honey, to taste

In this recipe:

  • Bring water and ginger to a simmer in a small saucepan. Once simmering, remove from heat and add the chamomile tea bag. Steep for about 5 minutes..
  • Discard the ginger and tea bag. Stir in citrus ginger apple cider vinegar, lemon juice and honey to taste.
