Creamy Vegan BBQ Corn Dip

  • 1 tablespoon vegan butter

  • 2 ½ cups corn, fresh or frozen

  • 8 ounces vegan cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup shredded vegan cheddar cheese, divided

  • ½ cup vegan ranch dressing

  • ¼ cup Bragg Smoky BBQ nutritional yeast

  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce

  • 1 ½ teaspoons garlic salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • ¼ cup green onion, chopped, plus more for garnish

  • Tortilla chips and fresh vegetables, for serving

In this recipe:

  • Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all of the ingredients in a medium oven safe skillet, reserving ½ cup of the vegan cheddar for topping. Cook, stirring, until ingredients are well combined, about 5 minutes..
  • Top with the remaining ½ cup of vegan cheddar and place in the oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven, garnish with additional chopped green onions and serve with tortilla chips and fresh vegetables for dipping.
