Chocolate Chip Macadamia Cookies

Ingredients

2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour 

1 ½ teaspoons salt 

1 teaspoon baking soda 

¾ cup granulated sugar 

¾ cup brown sugar 

¼ cup Bragg Olive Oil 

1 teaspoon vanilla extract 

2 eggs, room temperature 

1-2 tablespoons almond milk 

1 cup chocolate chips 

½ cup macadamia nuts

STEP 1

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. 

STEP 2

Combine the flour, salt and baking soda in a medium bowl and set aside. 

STEP 3

Combine sugars, olive oil and vanilla in a separate bowl. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Gradually beat in the flour mixture, then add in 1-2 tablespoons almond milk. 

STEP 4

Stir in the chocolate chips and macadamia nuts. 

STEP 5

Roll the dough into tablespoon sized balls and place on greased or parchment lined baking sheets spaced about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden. Allow to cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer to a cooling to finish cooling.
