Ingredients
- 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup Bragg Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 1-2 tablespoons almond milk
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- ½ cup macadamia nuts
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Combine the flour, salt and baking soda in a medium bowl and set aside.
- Combine sugars, olive oil and vanilla in a separate bowl. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Gradually beat in the flour mixture, then add in 1-2 tablespoons almond milk.
- Stir in the chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.
- Roll the dough into tablespoon sized balls and place on greased or parchment lined baking sheets spaced about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden. Allow to cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer to a cooling to finish cooling.
