1 cup paleo baking flour
2 tablespoons avocado oil
1/3 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Thoroughly mix all ingredients in a bowl to form the batter.
Spray avocado oil over the waffle iron (or skillet if you want to make pancakes instead).
Pour 2-3 tablespoons of batter on the waffle iron and wait until fully cooked.
Serve and top with bananas, strawberries, or your favorite syrup!
