Ingredients
- 1 cup paleo baking flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Bragg apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Thoroughly mix all ingredients in a bowl to form the batter.
- Spray avocado oil over the waffle iron (or skillet if you want to make pancakes instead).
- Pour 2-3 tablespoons of batter on the waffle iron and wait until fully cooked.
- Serve and top with bananas, strawberries, or your favorite syrup!
