Paleo Waffles



  • 1 cup paleo baking flour

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil

  • 1/3 cup almond milk

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon Bragg apple cider vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

In this recipe:

  • Thoroughly mix all ingredients in a bowl to form the batter.
  • Spray avocado oil over the waffle iron (or skillet if you want to make pancakes instead).
  • Pour 2-3 tablespoons of batter on the waffle iron and wait until fully cooked.
  • Serve and top with bananas, strawberries, or your favorite syrup!
