Ingredients
- 3 cups green cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- ⅓ cup vegan mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon celery salt
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Bragg Nutritional Yeast
Instructions
- Add the green cabbage, red cabbage, carrot and parsley to a large bowl and toss gently to combine.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the vegan mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, maple syrup and celery salt until combined.
- Pour the dressing evenly over the cabbage mixture and toss together until thoroughly combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. Store in a covered container for up to three days in the refrigerator.
- Sprinkle Bragg Nutritional Yeast on top for an extra layer of flavor.
