One of our favorite parts of the certification journey has nothing to do with paperwork, scoring, or assessments. It has everything to do with people.
Employees spearheaded our B Corp effort because they believed the company's values deserved a framework that would help preserve and strengthen them for years to come. What started as an idea grew into a company-wide effort that brought together teams across the organization around a shared goal.
Why That Matters
The B Corp process allowed employees to actively shape the future of the company while helping ensure that accountability remains part of how Bragg® operates. That sense of ownership continues today. It helped inspire initiatives like the Bragg® In Action Committee, an employee-led group focused on education, community involvement, and supporting causes that align with our mission.
Bragg® also provides employees with paid time off to volunteer and supports charitable giving through a corporate donation match program, creating more opportunities for team members to make an impact in the communities they care about.
