Pea Pasta #iLikeToBragg

Today’s #iliketoBragg recipe –> Pea pasta with lemon and nutritional yeast!


Mix a pound of gluten-free pasta with 3–4 cups fresh peas, 5 scallions, 1 thinly sliced shallot, 1 cup of very finely diced fresh mint, 1 cup chopped Italian parsley, ½ cups of Bragg’s Olive Oil, 2 lemons for juice, fresh pea shoots, baby spinach, 1 teaspoon salt and pepper, and most importantly 1 tablespoon of Bragg’s Nutritional Yeast.


Swirl with your fork to plate it as a giant pinwheels (3 in a bowl per serving). Top with parmesan cheese to your liking.
