Jackfruit Nachos

We’re still dreaming of these Cinco De Mayo fully loaded nachos!

For the BBQ sauce:
3/4 cup @bragglivefoodproducts apple cider vinegar
1/2 + 1 tbs cup of brown sugar
3/8 cup of ketchup
2 tsp of spicy brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp of minced garlic
1/2 tsp of black pepper
1/4 tsp of liquid smoke
4 dashes of cayenne pepper
28 oz of pulled jackfruit


For the queso:
1 cup of cashews
3/4 + 1/8 cup of filtered water
1/4 cup of @bragglivefoodproducts nutritional yeast
1 tsp of @bragglivefoodproducts apple cider vinegar
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of chili powder
1 clove garlic of garlic
3/4 tsp of smoked paprika
1/4 tsp of turmeric powder
Toppings:
Tortilla chips
Black beans
Pickled onions
Sliced jalapeños
Sliced grape tomatoes
Sliced green onion
Vegan sour cream


Directions
1. In a large pot on medium heat add all ingredients for sauce excluding jackfruit. Stir 
and allow to simmer letting sugar caramelize. Once sauce is ready add pulled jackfruit and stir in. Set aside and allow to marinate.
2. Combine all ingredients for queso into a blender and blend until smooth. Set aside 
when finished. Grab dish ware of choice and add chips followed by queso, jackfruit, and 
toppings. Serve and enjoy
