Apple Cider Vinegar Skin Toner

STEP 1: WHAT YOU NEED

Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar, glass container, and water.

STEP 2: CREATE THE TONER

Mix 2 tablespoons of Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar with 8oz of water in your glass container.  (Optional:  add 2-3 drops of lavender and 1 tsp of witch hazel.)

STEP 3: TONE

Wash your face and then apply toner onto a clean face.  Dab a cotton balls into the toner mixture and apply to target skin areas, especially the face and neck.  It's best to do this after using a facial cleanser - either twice a day or after each use.  If there's leftover toner, it can be stored at room temperature and used again later.

TONER TIPS

For people with sensitive or dry skin, be cautious with using toner.  Limit the addition of essential oils, rosewater, or witch hazel.  Note that Apple Cider Vinegar can be drying.  For those with dry skin, lowering amounts to 1 tablespoon or less per 8oz of water can prevent dryness.
