STEP 1: WHAT YOU NEED
Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar, Aztec Clay Mask, large bowl, and a plastic or wooden spoon. (Note: do not use metal spoon.)
STEP 2: CREATE THE MASK
Mix 1 tablespoon of Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar with 1 tablespoon of Aztec Clay Mask into your bowl. Mix it up until it's fully mixed. (Tip: it's working if it's bubbling!)
STEP 3: APPLY THE MASK
Leave mask on for 10-20 minutes, depending on how sensitive your skin is. Tingling and tightness is expected - its another sign it's working - but remove if either feeling becomes too intense.
STEP 4: RINSE
Unlike other face masks that can be rinsed without a sink freak-out, this ACV mask can clog pipes if you aren't careful. Use a fine mesh screen or cloth to catch the solid clay pieces as you wash them off, and then dump it in the trash. Some users also recommend using paper towels to wipe it off and discard, rinsing it off in the shower (be sure your shower drains can handle it, though), or tossing the leftover clay into your garden so it can act as a fertilizer.
