3 - Should Bragg Healthy Organic Vinaigrette be refrigerated?
It is always a good idea to refrigerate dressings after opening to maintain freshness and prevent the rancidity of the natural oils and ingredients found in the dressings. However, this Bragg dressing, once refrigerated, will solidify because of the naturally occurring fats and waxes in the organic extra virgin olive oil it contains. This can easily be remedied by allowing the dressing to come to room temperature or by shaking the bottle vigorously and placing it under warm tap water until the olive oil returns to its natural liquid state.
