The FREE Lecture on Total Health, Wellness for Body, Mind & Spirit — April 27 — was a great success ! We had a packed hall with a wonderful audience and amazing speakers. John Westerdahl, PhD, RD, Director, Bragg Health Institute did an insightful presentation about “10 Power Foods for Anti-Ageing, Health & Beauty”, Sharon Baird, RD, MEd, MBA  Food Service Director, Goleta Union School District and Nancy Weiss, Nutritional Services, Santa Barbara School District did an inspiring presentation about the positive changes in the Santa Barbara Healthy School Lunch Programs, Sergio Gluschankoff, Organic Farmer, Synergy Organic Farms spoke about the benefits of organic and sustainable farming in a community and lastly Judi & Shari Zucker, Santa Barbara Authors of “The Double Energy Diet”  talked about the message of their latest book . After the speakers were done, the floor was open for a Q and A where Patricia participated. Prizes were given out to audience members after the Q and A and at the evening ended with a nice mingle between the audience and all the speakers.
