COUSCOUS VEGGIE SALAD

1 cup whole-grain cous­cous
1 cup boil­ing dis­tilled water
1 small red onion, mince
1 red bell pep­per, dice
1 car­rot, grate
½ cup red cab­bage, finely shred
½ cup green peas, fresh or frozen
½ cup raisins or cur­rants
⅓ tsp mus­tard pow­der
⅓ tsp curry pow­der
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp Bragg Liq­uid Aminos
shake of Bragg Sprin­kle
2 Tbsps Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar

Place cous­cous in bowl and pour the boil­ing water over it. Stir until mixed, then cover and let stand until cooled. Fluff
lightly with fork. Add onion, bell pep­per, car­rot, cab­bage, peas and raisins or cur­rants to the cous­cous. Com­bine vine­gar, sesame oil, Liq­uid Aminos, Sprin­kle, mus­tard and curry powder.

Mix well. Pour over salad and mix.
