PAPAYA HAWAIIAN SALAD

2 cups papaya, dice
¾ cup cel­ery, dice
1½ cups fresh pineap­ple, dice
6 dates, pit, chop
4–6 let­tuce leaves
1½ Tbsps finely chopped
mixed raw nuts or seeds of choice (almonds, sun­flower, peanuts, pine nuts, wal­nuts, etc.)
2 Tbsps soy yogurt (optional)

Pre­pare fruit. Com­bine cel­ery and yogurt. Add raw nuts, seeds and chopped dates. Serve on crisp let­tuce leaves. Serves 4–6.

CABBAGE SALAD BOWL

½ head cab­bage, either red or green or mixed
shake of Bragg Sprin­kle
1 apple, core and chop
1 red onion, mince
add other veg­gies if desired
Bragg Gin­ger & Sesame Dressing

Slice cab­bage. Add onion, apple, and any other veg­gies desired. Com­bine, add Sprin­kle and Bragg Gin­ger Dress­ing. Serves 2–4.

ASIAN SALAD

ASIAN SALAD

8-oz pkg rice noo­dles
2 Tbsps Bragg Liq­uid Aminos
½ lb snap peas, slice diag­o­nally
2 Tbsps Bragg Apple Cider Vine­gar
1 red bell pep­per, thinly slice
1 Tbsp rice vine­gar
1 cup red cab­bage, thinly slice
½ tsp raw honey
2 green onions, slice diag­o­nally
⅛ tsp crushed red pep­per
1 clove gar­lic, mince
3 Tbsps Bragg Organic Olive Oil
1 Tbsp gin­ger, mince
1 Tbsp sesame seed, toast

Pour boil­ing dis­tilled water over noo­dles, cover, let stand while prepar­ing veg­eta­bles. Mix gar­lic and gin­ger with remain­ing ingre­di­ents, except veg­gies and sesame seeds and set aside. Drain noo­dles thor­oughly and mix with veg­eta­bles. Add dress­ing and mix well. Top with sesame seeds. Serves 4–6.

BLACK BEAN SALAD

1 cup black beans
2 Tbsps fresh lemon juice
2 cloves gar­lic, mince
2 Tbsps Bragg Organic Olive Oil
½ red bell pep­per, chop
shake of Bragg Sprin­kle
1 small chili pep­per, mince
shake of Bragg Kelp
½ cup green onions, chop
1 tsp Bragg Liq­uid Aminos
1 cup fresh or frozen corn
Bragg Apple Cider Vine­gar (to taste)
Optional: chopped cilantro, apples and avo­cado slices (if desired)

Soak beans overnight. Drain well, rinse and cover with dis­tilled water. Cook for 45 min­utes or until ten­der. Drain well and
save liq­uid for soup. Cool and mix beans with all ingre­di­ents. Make dress­ing with lemon juice, olive oil and Liq­uid Aminos.
Mix thor­oughly and add vine­gar to taste. Top with chopped cilantro, apples and avo­cado slices as desired. Serves 4.

COLESLAW SALAD

1 head green cab­bage, slice
2 green onions, slice
1 cup red cab­bage, slice
1 large car­rot, grate
1 apple, core and slice
20 raisins (optional)
Bragg Organic Vinai­grette or Gin­ger Sesame Dress­ing (to taste)

Mix all together. Toss with your choice of dress­ing. Serves 4.
