juice from 1 lemon
Blend tofu, lemon and orange juice and honey or Stevia powder until creamy.

RASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE
2 Tbsps raspberry vinegar
1 tsp fresh tarragon, crush
1 tsp fresh rosemary, crush
raw honey to taste
2 Tbsps Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
shake of Bragg Sprinkle
Whisk ingredients together with 2 Tbsps of distilled water. Store in the refrigerator in tightly sealed container.

LIME DRESSING
4 Tbsps Bragg Olive Oil
2 Tbsps freshly squeezed lime juice
1 tsp raw honey pinch of celery seed
shake of Bragg Sprinkle (24 herbs & spices)
Blend ingredients. Let dressing stand one hour before serving. Optional: Substitute Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar for the fresh lime juice.

GRAPEFRUIT VINAIGRETTE
½ cup fresh grapefruit
juice shake of Bragg Sea Kelp
½ cup Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
¼ cup cold distilled water
shake of Bragg Sprinkle
1 garlic clove, mince
2 tsps fresh parsley, finely chop
1 Tbsp raw honey (to taste)
Whisk together grapefruit juice, vinegar and water in bowl. Add garlic, Sprinkle, Kelp, honey (or pinch of Stevia powder to taste), and parsley. Mix and chill until ready to use. Will keep in refrigerator for 4 to 5 days.
Makes 12 cups.

For raw vegetable salads and cooked vegetables and sandwiches:
Add juice from fresh lemon or lime to cup of soft tofu, add teaspoon raw honey or Stevia to taste. Add shake Bragg Sprinkle. Blend well. Delicious as topping on salads and cooked vegetables.

⅔ cup Bragg Organic Olive Oil
2 Tbsps fresh lemon juice
½ tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
1 tsp raw honey
3 Tbsps Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
pinch of mustard powder
a dash of cayenne
shake of Bragg Sprinkle
Mix all ingredients except raw honey. Add honey to mixture slowly and beat vigorously.
Makes 1 cup.
