1 tsp raw honey (optional) or Ste­via pow­der to taste
juice from 1 orange
juice from 1 lemon

Blend tofu, lemon and orange juice and honey or Ste­via pow­der until creamy.

Makes 1 cup.

RASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE

2 Tbsps rasp­berry vine­gar
1 tsp fresh tar­ragon, crush
1 tsp fresh rose­mary, crush
raw honey to taste
2 Tbsps Bragg Apple Cider Vine­gar
shake of Bragg Sprinkle

Whisk ingre­di­ents together with 2 Tbsps of dis­tilled water. Store in the refrig­er­a­tor in tightly sealed container.

LIME DRESSING

LIME DRESSING

4 Tbsps Bragg Olive Oil
2 Tbsps freshly squeezed lime juice
1 tsp raw honey pinch of cel­ery seed
shake of Bragg Sprin­kle (24 herbs & spices)

Blend ingre­di­ents. Let dress­ing stand one hour before serv­ing. Optional: Sub­sti­tute Bragg Apple Cider Vine­gar for the fresh lime juice.

Makes 1 cup.

GRAPEFRUIT VINAIGRETTE

GRAPEFRUIT VINAIGRETTE

½ cup fresh grape­fruit
juice shake of Bragg Sea Kelp
½ cup Bragg Apple Cider Vine­gar
¼ cup cold dis­tilled water
shake of Bragg Sprin­kle
1 gar­lic clove, mince
2 tsps fresh pars­ley, finely chop
1 Tbsp raw honey (to taste)

Whisk together grape­fruit juice, vine­gar and water in bowl. Add gar­lic, Sprin­kle, Kelp, honey (or pinch of Ste­via pow­der to taste), and pars­ley. Mix and chill until ready to use. Will keep in refrig­er­a­tor for 4 to 5 days.

Makes 12 cups.

QUICK TOFU TOPPING & DRESSING

For raw veg­etable sal­ads and cooked veg­eta­bles and sandwiches:

Add juice from fresh lemon or lime to cup of soft tofu, add tea­spoon raw honey or Ste­via to taste. Add shake Bragg Sprin­kle. Blend well. Deli­cious as top­ping on sal­ads and cooked vegetables.

HONEY FRENCH DRESSING

⅔ cup Bragg Organic Olive Oil
2 Tbsps fresh lemon juice
½ tsp Bragg Liq­uid Aminos
1 tsp raw honey
3 Tbsps Bragg Apple Cider Vine­gar
pinch of mus­tard pow­der
a dash of cayenne
shake of Bragg Sprinkle

Mix all ingre­di­ents except raw honey. Add honey to mix­ture slowly and beat vigorously.

Makes 1 cup.
