1 cup maple syrup
¼ cup Bragg Olive Oil
1 cup pecans
½ cup raw honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 whole-grain pie crust (see recipe below)
Add honey, maple syrup, vanilla and olive oil to Egg Replacer. Layer pecans in a pie pan lined with whole-grain pastry shell. Add honey mixture. Bake at 350°F for 50–60 minutes. The nuts will rise to form a topping.

WHOLE-GRAIN PIE CRUST
2¼ cups whole-grain pastry flour
about 5 Tbsps distilled ice water
½ cup Bragg Organic Olive Oil
Mix oil into whole-grain pastry flour. Add water and mix slowly to form a soft dough. Roll on floured board to desired shape and thickness. Makes 2 crusts.
Prevent breads, pastries and cakes from sticking to pans by a spray of Bragg Organic Olive Oil from a misting container.
