18 fresh mint sprigs, chop
¾ cup distilled water
3 cups unsweetened fresh grape juice
¾ cup fresh lime juice
⅓ cup raw honey
Combine water and honey. Simmer 8 minutes. Pour over the chopped mint leaves. Cool; stir into combined fruit juices. Pour over shaved ice in glasses. Serve right away.
Serves 4.

3 Tbsps Bragg Olive Oil sweet basil, fresh
½ tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos shake of Bragg Sprinkle
Combine ingredients, sauté in wok 15 minutes. Serves 4–6.

SPICED MINT TEA
2 cinnamon sticks
4 whole cloves
3 cups distilled water
¼ cup raw honey
½ cup lemon juice
4 whole allspice
3 bags mint tea or 3 Tbsps mint tea leaves
1 cup orange juice
½ cup grape juice
Combine water, spices, tea leaves or tea bags in teapot, bring to boil. Remove from heat and steep for 10 minutes, then strain. Add honey, stirring until well mixed. Cover and cool. Add fresh juices and serve in chilled glasses.

PURÉE OF MINTED APPLES
2 cups apples, core and quarter (peel, optional)
4 Tbsps mint leaves, mince
½ cup raisins (optional)
1 Tbsp raw honey
3 Tbsps distilled water
Cook apples until tender. Add mint and raisins if desired during last 5 minutes of cooking. Purée in blender with liquid, adding honey if desired. Top with soy or nut cream.

8 fresh mint sprigs
½ cup fresh lemon juice
3 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
½ cup raw honey (or Stevia herb powder to taste)
Wash mint leaves, set aside 4 leaves for garnish. Bruise others with spoon to release flavor; cover with honey. Add lemon juice and let stand about 15 minutes. Add pineapple juice and blend. Pour over ice in pitcher or tall glasses. Garnish with remaining sprigs of mint.
Makes 4 glasses.
