LENTIL SALAD
2 cups cooked lentils
2 cups cooked brown rice
1 cup red onion, thinly slice
1 tomato, dice
2 cucumbers, dice
1 cup parsley, finely chop
1 Tbsp Bragg Organic Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
½ tsp Bragg Sprinkle
½ tsp paprika
2 cloves garlic, crush
Juice of 1 lemon, about 3 Tbsps
Combine the lentils, rice, onion, cucumber and parsley in a salad bowl. Mix the lemon juice, olive oil, vinegar, paprika, garlic and a shake of Bragg Sprinkle (24 herbs & spices) in a small bowl. Pour over the salad and toss gently to mix.
Serves 3–5.

LENTILS WITH WILD RICE
1¼ cups lentils, purée
1 red onion, mince
1½ cups cooked wild rice
shake of Bragg Sprinkle
2 Tbsps Bragg Organic Olive Oil
½ cup soy milk
1 tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
Egg Replacer equal to 2 eggs
½ tsp poultry seasoning
¼ cup chives
Combine lentils and wild rice; add olive oil, soy milk, Liquid Aminos and seasonings. Stir in Egg Replacer, add remaining ingredients. Place in oiled casserole. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, until lightly brown.
Serves 4.

LENTIL LOAF
1½ cups cooked lentils
1½ cups soy milk
1½ cups whole-grain bread crumbs
¾ tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
1½ Tbsps parsley, chop
shake of Bragg Sprinkle
Mix all ingredients well, place in oiled pan. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes until firm. Beans or peas may be substituted for lentils. Also cooked whole-grain cereal (many varieties to choose from) can be used instead of lentils.

3 cups lentil sprouts
2 cups fresh cut corn
3 green onions, mince
2 carrots, slice (as garnish)
2 cups celery, mince
1 cup yellow pea sprouts
1 tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
shake of Bragg Sprinkle
1 cup raw almond or creamy peanut butter
Put sprouts, corn, celery and onions in food grinder. Add almond or peanut butter, Liquid Aminos and Sprinkle. Mix well. Form into patties, garnish with carrot slices.
Serves 4–6.

1 cup raw lentils, soak
1 green onion, chop
1 cup celery, chop
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 cup fresh corn
½ cup raw peanut butter
1 Tbsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
shake of Bragg Sprinkle
Soak lentils in warm water for 4 hours or overnight. Put lentils, corn, onion and celery through food grinder. Add other ingredients and mix together. Form into patties.
