In his workshop, he will describe the diets and lifestyles of “cultures of longevity” – the world’s healthiest and oldest living people.
He will show pictures of people over a hundred years of age who adhere to anti-ageing nutrition principles. Dr. Westerdahl will talk about 10 key anti-ageing power foods that contribute to longevity and promote a youthful appearance.
