GLAZED CARROTS WITH HONEY

6 car­rots, ½ inch slices
1 Tbsp Bragg Organic Olive Oil
1 Tbsp raw honey
1 Tbsp orange rind, grate

Wash car­rots thor­oughly, slice into 2-inch thick rounds; cook in steamer bas­ket until ten­der about 10 min­utes in dis­tilled water. Blend the raw honey, olive oil and orange rind in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, add steamed car­rots with liq­uids and con­tinue to sim­mer for 5 more min­utes to glaze.

Serves 3.

HONEY FRENCH DRESSING

⅔ cup Bragg Organic Olive Oil
2 Tbsps fresh lemon juice
½ tsp Bragg Liq­uid Aminos
1 tsp raw honey
3 Tbsps Bragg Apple Cider Vine­gar
pinch of mus­tard pow­der
a dash of cayenne
shake of Bragg Sprinkle

Mix all ingre­di­ents except raw honey. Add honey to mix­ture slowly and beat vigorously.

Makes 1 cup.
