BANANA CREAM PIE
2 bananas, peel
½ cup fresh raw apple juice
1 Tbsp raw honey
1 raw pie crust (recipe below)
4 bananas, peel, slice
½ cup shredded coconut
2 dates, pitted
Blend the two peeled bananas and other ingredients (except coconut) in blender, then put into a raw pie crust. Now gently place the thinly sliced bananas and shredded coconut over pie top. Chill to set before serving.
Serves 4–6.
WHOLE-GRAIN PIE CRUST (2)
2¼ cups whole-grain pastry flour
about 5 Tbsps distilled ice water
½ cup Bragg Organic Olive Oil
Mix oil into whole-grain pastry flour. Add water and mix slowly to form a soft dough. Roll on floured board to desired shape and thickness.
