6 lettuce leaves
6 pear halves, fresh or canned
1½ lbs organic seedless grapes, of your choice
2 oz soy yogurt
2 oz soy cheese or soft tofu
Cover salad plates with lettuce leaves. Place a pear half on each leaf, flat side up. Blend soy cheese or soft tofu with soy yogurt; generously spread on pears. Cut grapes into halves and arrange flat side-down on the covered pear (close
together to resemble a bunch of grapes).
Serves 6.

1 nectarine, chop
1 cup fresh blueberries
2 apples, core, chop
1 cup seedless grapes
2 bananas, slice
2 oranges, section, cut in half
nuts, coconut or organic granola
1 cup soy yogurt
Mix fruit together. Top with soy yogurt and chopped raw nuts, grated coconut or your favorite organic granola.

FRESH FRUIT BOUQUET
1 medium pineapple, dice
1 cup grapes, whole
3 oranges
2 fresh pears
2 grapefruits
soy yogurt (optional)
Chill all fruits. Dice fresh pineapple. Peel and section the oranges and grapefruits. Remove grapes from stems. Cut un-peeled fresh pears into cubes. Combine all fruits and serve in chilled sherbet dishes. Garnish with soy yogurt, if desired.
