APPLE — CINNAMON SAUCE
¾ cup organic apple juice
¼ cup distilled water
⅛ tsp cinnamon powder
2 Tbsps kudzu root starch
Place all ingredients in saucepan, mix well, and bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly to avoid lumping. Just as boiling occurs, mixture turns into a clear, shiny sauce. Allow to cool. For use over a fresh fruit compote or fruit salad.

Use 3 chilled basic dough (above below). Roll dough into an 8x11 inch rectangle. Mix 2 cups brown sugar and one tablespoon cinnamon. Sprinkle dough and roll as a jelly roll, starting with 8inch edge. Seal edges and place in oiled 9x4x3 inch pan. Cover with damp cloth, let rise in warm place (80-85°F) about 2 hours.
Bake at 375°F for 1 hour.
BASIC DOUGH: THREE-IN-ONE BREAD RECIPE
3 cups lukewarm soy milk
1½ cups lukewarm distilled water
¾ cup Bragg Organic Olive Oil
13½ cups whole-grain pastry flour
6 pkgs quick-rise yeast
⅜ cup raw honey
Egg Replacer equal to 3 eggs
Soften yeast in lukewarm water and soy milk. Blend in honey, olive oil and Egg Replacer. Gradually add sifted flour. Mix until dough is well-blended and soft. Split into thirds. Dough can be used for lemon tea drops (recipe below). Chill remaining dough for cinnamon loaf and dinner rolls (recipes below).
