MUSHROOM BURGERS

1 small onion, finely chop
Egg Replacer equal to 1 egg
Bragg Organic Olive Oil
2 cups mush­rooms, finely chop
1 tsp Bragg Liq­uid Aminos
1 cup whole-grain bread crumbs

Mix all ingre­di­ents well and form into small burg­ers. Sauté in olive oil, turn­ing until brown on both sides.

Serves 6–8.

RAW LENTIL BURGERS

1 cup raw lentils, soak
1 cup fresh corn
1 green onion, chop
½ cup raw peanut but­ter
1 cup cel­ery, chop
1 Tbsp Bragg Liq­uid Aminos
1 Tbsp gar­lic pow­der
shake of Bragg Sprinkle

Soak lentils in warm water for 4 hours or overnight. Put lentils, corn, onion and cel­ery through food grinder. Add other ingre­di­ents and mix together. Form into pat­ties. Serves 4.

RAW SALMON-LIKE PATTIES

2 cups car­rots, ground
3 Tbsps raw peanut but­ter
gar­lic and onion pow­der (to taste)
¼ cup sun­flower seed meal
2 stalks cel­ery, ground
Bragg Liq­uid Aminos
Bragg Sprin­kle, to taste
turnips or beets (optional)
Com­bine car­rots, cel­ery, peanut but­ter, and sun­flower seed meal. Then add onion pow­der, gar­lic pow­der, Bragg Sprin­kle and Liq­uid Aminos to taste. Form into pat­ties. Gar­nish with sliced beets, turnips, jicama, or apples, etc.

BROWN RICE BURGERS

1 red onion, mince
Bragg Olive Oil
¼ cup soy milk
shake of Bragg Sprin­kle
4 Tbsps whole-grain flour
1 tsp Bragg Liq­uid Aminos
1 cup whole-grain cracker crumbs
2 cups cooked wild and/or brown rice

Add 2 cup of the whole-grain cracker crumbs, Liq­uid Aminos, soy milk, whole-grain flour, onion and Sprin­kle to the cold cooked rice. Mix lightly. Shape into round balls and roll in remain­ing cracker crumbs. Brush lightly with olive oil. Place in oiled bak­ing pan and bake at 350°F until golden brown. This may also be pre­pared with cooked whole-grain cereal, kasha or bul­gur instead of brown or wild rice.

Serves 4–6.
