Santa Barbara Wildlife Care Network released
two young Redtail Hawks from Bragg Farm
On August 17, 2010, the Santa Barbara Wildlife Care Network released two young Redtail Hawks into the wild from the Bragg Organic Farm in Goleta. The birds had fallen out of their nest after their mother had been killed, and were cared for at the center until old enough to return to their natural habitat.
As you can see from the images below it was a spectacular experience to watch.
