1 head Romaine lettuce
1 cup lentil sprouts
1–2 avocados, mash
1 tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
2 cups alfalfa sprouts
½ cup wheat sprouts
1 garlic clove, mince
juice of 1 lemon
Thoroughly blend all ingredients except Romaine lettuce. Strip the center core from each lettuce leaf. Overlap the two halves and spread a layer of filling on top. Roll up and secure with a toothpick.
Refrigerate 1–2 hours. Serve rolls whole or sliced.
