2 large cucumbers
½ cup red onion, finely dice
1 lb fresh firm tofu
2 Tbsps Bragg Organic Apple
2 Tbsps cilantro, mince
Cider Vinegar
shakes of Bragg Sprinkle
2 cloves garlic, crush
½ tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
Peel, seed and mince cucumbers and place in a mixing bowl with the onion. In blender, combine tofu, apple cider vinegar, garlic, Liquid Aminos, and Sprinkle. Blend until smooth, then pour over cucumbers and mix well. Transfer to serving dish and chill 2–3 hours. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve.
