View this excellent video on CNN. The video has a lot of good information about health and Bragg Liquid Aminos makes a cameo appearance! It also talks about President Bill Clinton going vegan and features Dr. Esselstyn who can be seen in a video interview with Dr. John Westerdahl on www.bragg.com.

We thought you might be interested in knowing who judges recipes in our Bragg Vegetarian Recipe Contest, so we are profiling them here for you!
The first is Penni Shelton and she describes herself as a wife, mommy, natural health enthusiast, educator and blogger. You can find her blog at http://realfoodtulsa.blogspot.com/. She is a food writer and Director of Real Food Tulsa… www.meetup.com/realfoodtulsa .…and she serves on the steering committee of Buy Fresh Buy Local Green Country and is always passionate about the flavor, texture and simplicity of real food.
Penni is more than a delicious, glowing example of how raw food can bring health and vitality, she is also a Bragg follower and includes many Bragg Live Food Products in her numerous recipes.
She recently introduced another book called “New Year’s RawSolutions” (like “New Year’s RESOLUTIONS”–cute, huh?), a $5 ebook which will help you achieve your Raw Food goals in 2010. And, wouldn’t you know it?, she includes recipes in the book which feature Bragg products!
Penni is just one of over 10 judges we will be highlighting, so hold your hats while we bring you more personalities behind our contest!

My friend Maryjean wrote a book on massaging cats and keeping them healthy! I’m proud to say she is my friend and I admire her. She follows the Bragg Healthy Lifestyle; she’s fit and healthy. She just got back from being on David Letterman sharing her message of how to keep your cat in great shape. She uses Bragg ACV in the water for her cats to keep them healthy and fit. She also takes it every day herself!
You can find out more about Maryjean on her website catmassage.com and buy the DVD. She sold out all of her books and will be printing more!

Make sure that you follow the rules! They are at this link.
Here are the short rules…
Bragg Vegetarian Recipe Contest
Shortened Rules for Contestants
1. Recipes must contain no meat, no dairy, no egg. Egg replacer is perfect and you should really test your recipe because it is not the same as egg. Honey is OK.
2. Each week there is a new category; contest runs for twelve weeks.
Stay tuned for each category to be announced.
3. You may enter as many recipes as you like for each category but only once during that week. In other words, you can enter 20 salad recipes but not during soup week.
4. Send all recipes to recipecontest@bragg.com. See the long rules for the disclaimer which must be sent with each email; you must include this.
5. Some recipes require two Bragg ingredients and some require one. Please pay attention to this as your recipe will not be judged if it does not follow this rule.
6. If you want to send more than one recipe, each Bragg ingredient must be hotlinked. See the “hotlinking” page to make it easy to do this.
7. Recipes may come from any source other than the Bragg Vegetarian Healthy Recipe Book, but must not be duplicated; it must be your own recipe. Do not simply substitute “vinegar” with our vinegar and call it your own. Make it yours!
8. There are three judging stages for the contest. 1st Stage: Self-selected judges will choose recipes to try and score them. 2nd Stage: Vegetarian Supper Club will evaluate top recipes and select category winners. 3rd Stage: Patricia Bragg will choose overall winner for the contest and award prizes.
9. Submitted recipes will appear on the Bragg Live Foods page on Facebook. Join our fan page to see your recipe progress!!

If you are submitting more than one recipe for one category, you must hotlink the Bragg ingredients from a blog or website page IN ADDITION to sending in your entry. You must provide a link to the location in your email where the recipe is in your email with all the necessary disclaimers as required by the rules. We will link back to your recipe so that we are cross-promoting. Please test your link before submitting; if it doesn’t work, then we will ask you to fix it and if you don’t then we will not post your entry as officially entered and we will not link to your blog/website.
Sure this is a little more work, but for people who have tons of recipes, you’ll have to choose either to submit one or do some copying and pasting from below (it can’t be all that hard):
