1 cup sesame seeds
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup pumpkins seeds
1 cup chia seeds
BREAKFAST SEED CEREAL
Grind fresh each morning 1/3 to 1/2 cup per serving. Do not grind all the seeds at one time, only grind what you need each time! You can top cereal with Almond Milk or Cashew Milk (see recipes below) and sliced fresh fruit if desired. Store seeds in refrigerator. Store seeds in refrigerator.
