BREAKFAST SEED CEREAL

1 cup sesame seeds
1 cup sun­flower seeds
1 cup pump­kins seeds
1 cup chia seeds

BREAKFAST SEED CEREAL
Grind fresh each morn­ing 1/3 to 1/2 cup per serv­ing. Do not grind all the seeds at one time, only grind what you need each time! You can top cereal with Almond Milk or Cashew Milk (see recipes below) and sliced fresh fruit if desired. Store seeds in refrig­er­a­tor. Store seeds in refrigerator.
