BLENDED MEAL WAFFLES OR PANCAKES
1 cup whole-grain sifted flour
1 cup blended grain meal
2 tsps baking powder
1 tsp brown rice syrup
Egg Replacer equal to 2 eggs
1¼ cups soy milk
3 Tbsps Bragg Organic Olive Oil
2 ripe bananas (optional)
Sift flour before measuring. Mix with blended meal, baking powder, olive oil and brown rice syrup. Beat Egg Replacer well. Add soy milk. Combine with flour mixture; beat until smooth. For variety, add mashed ripe bananas. Bake in hot waffle iron or cook as pancakes. Makes 6 portions.
