    We need HELP!!!
    Thank you,

    Comment by Judy McMillan — August 11, 2013 @ 6:49 PM

  6. Hi Judy,

In my book Apple Cider Vinegar Miracle Health System, I say that acne can be treated with a 50/50 solution of Apple Cider Vinegar and distilled water, swabbed carefully onto the affected area. Also, try drinking Apple Cider Vinegar health tonic: 2 tsps. of raw Apple Cider Vinegar in a full 8 oz. glass of water, 3 times daily. Before beginning any new treatments, check with your health practitioner or dermatologist.

Blessings of Health, Peace & Love! Patricia.

  9. Hi,

I am so greatful for this (Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar w/mother) amazing product.
I am in my late 50’s, and for over 10 years have had a history of High Blood
Pressure ranging from 170 to 190, and I’ve been told repeatedly that I’m a walking time bomb. I just chanced it cause I never wanted to take any kind of prescription pills. Last August ’13, I started drinking this cider and I’m ecstatic to say that, to date, my blood pressure has gone down drastically, reading between 125 and 135.
How miraculous is that!! I’m so happy, whenever I take my readings now.
Thank you Bragg’s for this naturally amazing product.

  12. Is Braggs organic raw apple cider vinegar the only one that you should use?

    Comment by Jeff Bruehl — June 2, 2014 @ 3:04 PM

  13. Hello Jeff! We believe that our vinegar is the best, as it is 100% Organic, Raw, and Unfiltered. This means that Bragg ACV maintains all of the healthful properties of the Mother of Vinegar, and will continue to culture and increase in strength over time due to the lack of pasteurization or filtration!

  18. I’ve been drinking Bragg’s ACV for the last year on an almost daily basis. I consume it in the form of a drink that I make up by the quart called Good Girl Moonshine. There are different forms of the drink but the one I like best is as follows:

    1 quart of filtered water
    1/2 teaspoon organic ginger powder
    2 frozen strawberries
    6 frozen blueberries (optional)
    2 tablespoons ACV
1/8 teaspoon KAL stevia (4 of the little spoons that come in the container)

Mix well and ice down 1 glassful at a time and drink throughout the day. Delicious!

  19. I was wondering if it would be good to heat up like hot tea?
and is filtered water or distilled water best?

    Comment by Teresa Yost — September 24, 2014 @ 7:16 PM

  20. Hello Teresa,

Please do not add Apple Cider Vinegar to beverages that are hotter than 104 degrees F – this is the highest temperature that the beneficial Mother of Vinegar can survive. Any higher and the vinegar is no longer raw!

As for water: I recommend drinking purified distilled water that is free from harmful chemicals, toxins, and inorganic mineral. Ideal is 8 glasses per day for body maintenance and health.

Read Bragg water book, Water: the Shocking Truth ( for more information!

Also visit yesterday’s blog post, Water Wednesday: What You Need to Know About Water Fluoridation ( for more information about nasty chemicals in municipal water.

I recommend filtering all cooking/drinking/bathing water! I use WaterWise shower filters and distillers as they are effective and of high quality. In fact, I partnered with WaterWise because I believe their products are the best! More information:

    I hope this helps!

Blessings of Health, Peace & Love!

  21. Hello, I love the taste of vinegar and was curious as to whether I can just drink the 2 tsps 3 times a day with nothing to “chase” it with, or do you think that would be harmful. I used to drink it from the bottle when I was a young kid.

    Comment by Don — March 10, 2015 @ 9:13 AM

  22. it’s best to dilute it in water.

    Comment by admin — December 7, 2015 @ 1:23 PM

  23. Hello, I was reading that the apple cider vinegar should have mother in it, so the
vinegar should be cloudy as the clear which I use does not have the benefits in it.
I would like to know, and I want to find out where I can buy your vinegar I live in St Paul Mn. Thank you Marge

    Comment by marge sjolund — July 6, 2015 @ 1:56 PM

  24. Hi Marge! That is correct – you want to be using raw, organic, unfiltered apple cider vinegar to reap the many health benefits available! Please use our store locator tool at: to find a store near you.

You can find our ACV at all GNC stores, Whole Foods Markets, Gelsons, Mother’s Markets, and most major grocery retailers in the vinegar/condiment aisle.

  25. I read in a article recently that apple cider vinegar is good for bloating? Is that true?

    Comment by Sandy Hill — July 21, 2015 @ 4:18 AM

  26. yes, it can definitely help bloating and digestion. Drink at least 20 minutes before a meal to help with this.

    Comment by admin — December 7, 2015 @ 1:20 PM

  27. I found a recipe for acv where it is made up in a litre of filtered water to drink through out the day. Is this ok as suppose to drinking it before each meal in smaller quantities? I believe this would help me get more fluid in as l unfortunately do not drink enough throughout the day.
The recipe is 4tbsp acv, 1/4 tsp of ground powdered ginger and 10 drops of liquid stevia in 1litre of filtered water shaken. l was thinking of trying half this amount (500mls) to start out as l haven’t had acv before. My reasons for trying it are, l constantly suffer from bloating and digestive issues, high-powered and high blood pressure as well as fatigue, joint paint and sleep disturbance. I am 52, had a complate hysterectomy two years ago and anybody’s been fighting for balance ever since. :)

  28. It’s important for you to change your diet and balance your hormones. Drinking the ACV will support your body in healing, but you must eat a clean diet along with it. Blessings to you.
