Rebecca Woodland has written a beautiful new cookbook, The Blonde Vegetarian. The cookbook features recipes that are easy to cook for health, weight management, and great taste. Rebecca, a health chef and culinary expert, lives in Hawaii where she teaches vegetarian cooking classes. She loves Bragg Live Food Products and insists on using Bragg Liquid Aminos instead of soy sauce in her recipes.
Rebecca is a cancer survivor who made a change in her diet and lifestyle to save her life. She is featured in the “Heart Disease is Reversable” video along with our own Dr. John Westerdahl and Dean Ornish, MD.
